there are also many issues of ethics concerning the practice of globalisation that the ICT is facilitating and making possible. In the article by Bhagwati and Meyer (2000) the
ethical arguments for an against globalisation are out forward. It is noted that there are two diametrically opposed factions in the debate over globalisation; those who believe that it is
in globalisation, not as a fully positive force, but one that is mainly positive but also has some rough edges where there is the need to adapt and manage global
policies so that can be made even mire attractive. On the other side of the argument are those who argue that globalisation is immoral or at least amoral. However, this
is an argument that transfers the dangers and negative aspects of some parts and types or occurrences of International trade onto all areas of globalisation. The arguments for the
anti-globalsits appear to be based on emotion and a lack of long term evidence, instead looking to some of the weaker and poorer examples of globalisations where even globalists may
accept there has been damage and harm and there is the need for improvement. On the other hand the argument for the globalists is one that is resented as logical
and rational However, we also have to remember that this is an article written by a supporter of globalisation so is likely represent this bias. If we look at
the arguments in the article and the way it is argued we can also look at other articles, such as that by Meredith Carter (2000) that looks at the way
