this operates is one that immediately increases the level emotion involved in any decisions and the immediate response may be to argue that if these software may cost lives with
the errors that are still inherent in its design. However, there is also the rush to get the product to market as
an upgrade to an existing product, We are not told why there is this hurry. It may be that there is the desire to increase revenue to allow further development
and facilitate increased benefits to the users. The errors may not be as serous in medical terms as Jane believes they are, there may also be the aspect of the
increased number of lives that may be saved, for example, the errors that emerge may not increase the mortality rate of the patients that the product is used on. All
