input. It is well known that output will only reflect the different inputs, therefore, this needs to be efficient, effective and also ethical. The ethical considerations of recruitment especially of
graduates, is complex as during the recruitment process there are several stages where direct and indirect decision making processes will be influenced by ethical consideration.
Ethics can be a difficult aspect to consider as in many cases there will be the need for subjective perspectives to be taken into consideration, as the
underlying reasons for any decision making process in a single case is likely to be con conjecture, espcially if subconscious influences are present. This is also a subjective value. Ethics
must also be seen as having a cultural contextual content, as in some cultures, local, company or national there may be practices which are accepted or frowned on that would
simply not be permissible in another environment. When considering the role of ethics in recruitment it can be seen as the framework by which decisions are made by the
individual and society as to whether a course of action is right or wrong, and therefore social acceptable or unacceptable. It can be seen as the framework from which the
principle of our conduct is governed or judged and the way in which we see our duty and this may be applied to an individual or an organisation such as
a political party or an employer. An unethical process is likely to involve some type of unfair practice of discrimination. The first
