lip-service to ethics, character and virtue, they believe completely in this perspective. Some would suggest that anyone who does not have strong character would have a difficult time making ethical
decisions in this society (InovativeThinker, 2008). This person is internally focused insofar as the emphasis is on being instead of on doing. Ethics and moral behavior go well beyond
