such as unknown side effects. During this time it is also probably the costs and benefits will also be considered in terms of a financial equation. However, we can argue
that whatever the concerns that there are many ethical considerations that are far more important than any financial, and negligence of these will not only cost be irrelevant but the
result may be drawn into question and rejected on ethical grounds. There are many relevant aspects that are required, but in the case
of Dennis et (1997) we can argue that it is questionable in the decision not to require consent to the patients for randomisation as this does raise ethical problems.
