Introduction According to Deborah Meier, an Annenberg Institute Senior Fellow and MacArthur Fellow who has become one of the most widely recognized figures in education, "The desire to
learn is contagious, if the school is infused within it." The question then, for anyone considering either participation within a school administration program, or the development of skills
to evaluate that same program, is by what means can this be accomplished? Are there guidelines that we might consider as tools for this process? Ethical Platform The
ethical platform which will provide a base for leadership behavior in school administration is based on the scope, sequence, and continuity for curricular programs of human growth and development.
Such a stance will help each student grow in the aspects of wholesome living which relate to being a good family member. These aspects include loyalty, love, and appreciation of
family. It is also important to make available factual information that will help students acquire knowledge which will be of value to them in the development of wholesome interpersonal
relations and in building their future lives. It is also essential that individual information that will help the student develop an adequate knowledge of his/her own physical, mental,
social, and emotional maturation as related to family living and social development, and an understanding of the uniqueness of individual growth. A component of this overall ethical plan will
