agreement itself. Offer/Acceptance. The offer is the act of offering something for a return of products or services.
"An offer is a communication that creates in the offeree the power to form a contract by accepting in an authorized manner." An offer includes any agreement where the words
create an expectation in the mind of the offeree towards the promise made if he or she performs the act requested. "...Nothing further need be done by either party
in order to form a contract." An offer is based on subjective and objective intent, and this is where some people get into problems in contracts, because the subjective part
