vitamins, herbs and other nutritional supplements that do not require a prescription or to be used under a physicians supervision. How effective a treatment may be often depends on different
factors which include the general attitude of the patient being treated, the severity of the symptoms, the available support of family and friends, and the effectiveness of the prescribed drug
is one is being used. Escitalopram is an oral prescription drug which is recognized for the effective treatment of clinical depression. But, as with all prescription medications it is advisable
