to incorporate ethics into the business place is the environment. Both large and small industries alike have been guilty of destroying the ecosystem. They dump oil into rivers and use
harmful chemicals. Perhaps they have an alternative to either of these but because the cost is higher to use an environmentally safe product or dispose of said product theses corporations
and industries continue to behave in such a manner as to affect the environment. The consequences of these poor ethical habits can range anywhere form public outcry to substantial fines
and as an affect substantial loss in revenues. In the past few decades America, as well as other countries across the globe,
have been becoming much Bmore environmentally aware. There is the understanding that the planet is damaged by how we perform and by what substances we choose to employ, whether for
personal use or business use. We understand that even one person can make a difference in the world around us in terms of the environment. It is increasingly distasteful for
us, as Americans to sit by and watch an industry threaten our world. Corporations have begun o take a much more cautious and
enlightened approach to their dealing s with the environment and its people. They understand that they can not simply continue on the path of environmental destruction. Their concern , however
