is to enhance an existing E-business system for a global automobile manufacturer. The companys system is accessible to different audiences: consumers who access information via the Internet, retailers who access
information via the Internet and an Extranet and the Consumer Assistance Center (CAC). The CAC provides information and technical support to both consumers and retailers. The existing system includes different
subsystems that allow the user to link to specific brands, models, color, accessories, optional equipment, vehicle specifications, locations of retailers, suggested retail price and it allows users to compare different
