ground floor up already exists where the American people are concerned, having been unveiled at the wars beginning. The Citizen Preparedness in War on Terrorism Executive Order was presented
in November 2001 as a way in which the American people could become more involved in the war that was going to uncover weapons of mass destruction, overturn Saddam Hussein
and end the war on terrorism. While one of the three objectives was met, the other two missed the target in such a tremendous and detrimental way as to
completely overshadow the others victory. The Task Force was meant to bolster the desire for Americans to volunteer their time and effort to support the war on terrorism by
