Almost everyone uses energy to heat their home. They may use electricity, gas, or wood but most people in the nation must heat their home occasionally at the very least.
And, people normally pay for that energy, unless they gather their own wood or gain heat through solar powered sources. The question, however, is what ultimately happens to the energy
that people pay for when heating their home. For the most part all energy never really goes away, it simply may dissipate into the environment or atmosphere becoming part
of another form of energy. But, in relationship to heating a home the heat will become part of the atmosphere, cooling off and moving upwards and outwards, radiating out into
the atmosphere. In essence, heat radiates and then becomes part of the atmosphere, cooling down and dissipating in many ways. The next topic involves renewable resources. The student notes
that animals and organic material is still dying, dying every day, and has been doing this since the beginning of time. It becomes part of the ocean bottom in relationship
to fossil fuels, yet many people consider fossil fuels a non-renewable resource. Although things die and become a part of the resources of the earth every day they are not
considered renewable. The reason for this is because human beings are consuming these resources at a rate that is far faster than the fossil resources are being made by
