to fix a device to the customers satisfaction with the hope that the customer will return and buy something new (Biddle, 2012). Anyone who has ever visited one of these
stores can tell you that they are the most helpful, most knowledgeable in the field. They do not work on commissions and their intent is to make the customer happy.
