noted notable that satisfaction may impact on the collective behaviour of employees, rather than just individual behaviour. This reason the subject of organisational behaviour is also important. However, issues such
as understanding employee satisfaction and general aspects of organisational behaviour may argued as being general subjects that are worthy of study by many individuals, not only those who enter into
management. This can be appreciated by looking at the two subjects, defining what they are, and considering the way in which they emerge. 2. Executive Summary Employee satisfaction reflects the level
