keep pace. This being the case, an appropriate contemporary organizational response is to avoid the cyclical process of adopting new systems only to gain and lose an advantage, and to
instead begin to leverage already existing resources such that an advantage can be developed without a significant expenditure. Moreover, certain hitherto untapped resources, if properly embraced and developed, promise to
confer a sustainable ongoing, rather than transient, competitive advantage. One example of such an untapped resource are an organizations own employees. This paragraph helps the student present a brief summary
