and how to meet them. This is a vital skill in business today and one which will become increasingly important and the workplace continues to evolve and change in
the coming years. How To Best Execute Individual Employee Development It is indeed very important for a company to work diligently to
meet the needs of individual employees. This is important at many intervals, such as when an employee is first hired, when an employee transfers or is integrated into a
new department, and when an employee progresses from one aspect of the company to another in the process of career progression. These are all very important times for both
the company and the employee. For example, lets say a new employee is hired and then told to be at work tomorrow
morning at 8:00 a.m. How in the world is this employee going to feel about his/her job if there is no orientation scheduled. Imagine going to work and
not knowing where to park, where to hang your coat, the names of your co-workers, who is in charge of the department, where your desk is, how to work the
