what it may seem. Today, things are not much different than the Jetsonian lifestyle as projected in the Hanna-Barbera cartoon, but the reality is that Palm Pilots, rapid transportation and
MP3s have enhanced life in the 1990s and the 2000s but have not really given people more time nor provided substitutes for dreary tasks. Instead, technology has given people options.
One can walk to work, or commute a couple of hours per day due to rapid transit, in order to draw a larger salary. Instead of fumbling with large Daytimer
