a pivotal role in the evolution of electronic and digital media. It should be defined that media is a vague term and can take on many forms, but for the
purpose of this paper suffice it to say that media is the transference of information from one source to another. Broadcast media for example includes information being delivered over mass
electronic communication networks. New media is information that is created or used with the aid of modern computer processing power. It is evident that media can take on many different
forms and with the recent advancement of technology there have been some amazing discoveries and creations. Historically, some of the first forms of media include the telephone, camera, radio
and facsimiles. Nowadays, these forms of electronic and digital media still exist, but they have become much more advanced. For example, the internet and the World Wide Web have allowed
people to not only communicate via telephone but email and instant messaging as well. This way, people can respond at their own convenience rather than having to answer the phone
right when it rings. Camera phones have also become extremely popular in which people can take photographs of their friends and family right then and there. The cameras in general
