While communicating can take on many forms, it is basically the process of transferring information from one entity to another. It is most commonly defined
as the ability to interchange thoughts, opinions, words, information and data via speaking, writing, or signals. Communication is a process whereby information is channeled and imparted by a sender to
a receiver via some medium. All forms of communication require a sender, a message, and an intended recipient; however the receiver need not be present or aware of the senders
intent to communicate at the time of communication in order for the act of communication to occur. With the rise of modern technology, there are new and innovative ways in
which information can be communicated between two or more parties. For example, the internet, cell phones, email and fax machines are now the primary means of communication in modern society.
