However, the internet may be used not as a selling medium directly, but as a publicity medium as seen by the use of the web by car
manufacturers. From a management perspective this gives a great deal more choice, but in addition to the increase in opportunities it presents it also places management in a new and
dynamic environment where there are few established rule and the management are unlikely to have any tangible experience in this virtual reality where there will also be a great deal
