Employers in all industries have come to understand in the past decade that they are obliged in todays business environment to operate as efficiently as possible. The cost
of recruiting and replacing employees has come under scrutiny now that most organizations have streamlined daily operations as much as they can according to what they have recognized that they
can do. Now as perhaps never before, employers are seeking to fill their positions with the "right" people, and with those most likely
to remain with the company for some number of years. The job fair on university campuses has proven to be beneficial in making contact with those new graduates with
