PROGRAMS. School boundaries are critical to a childs development because they not only provide clear rules but also delineate the consequences
for violating those rules. Some of these rules might appear incongruous to student development but in actuality they are very important. Schools have dress rules, for example, and
a child can actually be sent home for violating those dress rules. The point of such rules and consequences is for the child to learn that society expects something
from them when it comes to their appearance. By learning how to conform to dress codes at school the child is better prepared to enter the adult world where
