improve their instructional skills. Clinical supervision in this case is the application of Hunters model. It is a collaborative process intended to help teachers improve their delivery and overall
instructional process. It does not deal specifically with the content of what the teacher is instructing. One of the ways to distinguish between the school administrator and the supervisor
