There is the opportunity for a new call centre or a major electrical or travel form to move to the area, again, we are using a generic business as this may also be adapted, in this case we will call the company come and assume this is a support call centre of the travel industry. The desire to attract the business into the area is based on both the need for jobs in the locality and the impact that this will have in the economy as well as the fit that there is with the local resources. The local area has a good infrastructure, a great deal of this was out in to place when there was a higher level of manufacturing in the area. The road and rail links are well established and the telecommunications infrastructure is already strong with several local exchanges that have already changed from analogue to digital.
