BODY OF PAPER Introduction In the wake of the fall of energy giant Enron, Inc., it is suddenly the "in thing" for
corporations to put forth their particular ethics programs. Corporations are scrambling all over themselves to prove that they are ethically correct and transparent in their methods. The truth is, however,
corporations should already be working from a code of ethics, just by their very existence. The reality, however, is that many corporations dont do this because profit still continues to
be the first motive. The purpose of this paper is to examine the concept of corporate ethics, to provide examples of such ethics
in action, and to explain how companies can best incorporate such ethics into their company policies. Definition of Corporate Ethics The basic definition
of any type of ethical behavior is knowing the difference between right and wrong (Wee, 2002). Trust is also an important definition when it comes to ethics (McGarvey, 2001).
