In this paper, well attempt to answer some questions about specific ethical theories and how they pertain to Boeing specifically. Describe utilitarianism and Aristotelian and Virtue ethical approaches,
values, and ways it can be applied to their own personal ethics. Before defining how such approaches can be applied to personal ethics,
its first helpful to define the ethics themselves. Although utilitarianism, Aristotelian and virtue ethics do overlap, they each offer various differences from the other.
Utilitarianism tends to focus on the "theory of the good," in other words, people will behave in a certain way so that good creates the greatest utility, with "utility"
being defined as pleasure, preference, satisfaction or other positive benefits (Free-Definition.com, 2004). "Good," furthermore, can be defined as whatever brings the greatest happiness to the highest number of people (Free-Definition.com,
