geared toward helping provide enrichment services to families, thereby strengthening them to become better members of the community (Enrichment Services Program, 2009). The agency serves the Chattahoochee, Clay, Harris,
Muscogee, Quitman, Randolph, Stewart and Talbot Counties in Georgia (Enrichment Services Program, 2009). The agency was founded in 1965 with the purpose of helping lower-income families through a variety
of services including employment and training, resident participation and self sufficiency (Enrichment Services Program, 2009). The organization provides other services as
well, especially in conjunction with Head Start, the nations school readiness program (Enrichment Services Program, 2009). In addition to a quality pre-school education, children ages 3 to 5 receive
health and nutrition and encourage parental involvement (Enrichment Services Program, 2009). From this point, parents understand the necessity of being involved in their childrens lives as they make their
