Essay / Research Paper Abstract
A 5 page paper reviewing and comparing the websites of two restorative dentists, one located in British Columbia, the other located high above New York City’s Central Park. Both sites offer limited information about the services offered and what the patient can expect; neither offers anymore contact information than a phone number and an email address. As yet, neither is taking advantage of their sites to provide patient services such as streamlining the appointment process. The paper includes a SWOTT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and trends) analysis. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
