a large number of variables and factors which will influence the outcome, the bringing together of the different perspectives has the aim of ensuring the plan of treatment and care
for the patient, who is a child in this case, is both suitable and acceptable and in the patients best interests. The meeting is made up mainly of professionals
who have had past dealings with each other, which means there is less ice breaking taking place. This paper will look at the way the group dynamics takes place within
