factors are likely to lead to success and which to failure. The differences may be seen as starting with the leadership of the company. Leadership can be the source of
many advantages, in an entrepreneurial organization leadership is likely to drive the business forward, in a more established organization leadership will be responsible for the ultimate decision regarding strategies to
