company to develop proactive and protective strategies which will help the company move forward. A diversity action plan proposed in this paper involves
an actor strategy to employee workers from a wide range of backgrounds; including ethnicity, race, religion and gender. The ability to recruit and retain employees from a number of different
backgrounds will help manage the strategies that the company already has in place and facilitate further strategies due to a higher level of input information and resources (Rijamampianina and Carmichael,
