This 10 page paper is written in four parts concerning different aspects of the work. The first part of the paper considers a problem in the workplace where their is to much work from a number of people and no system to organize the work. The second part of the paper considers difficulties and potential disputes with colleagues or others and how they may be resolved and when a supervisor should be involved. The third part of the paper looks at occupational health and safety issues such as cleanliness and poor lighting. The last part looks at safety and security that can be out in place to help protect employees. The bibliography cites 3 sources.

the student is working for others, such as a researcher, secretary or any other position where there are task given to them by a number of other people. The
problem here may be the way in which they are trying to get all thee work done and keep everyone happy. The problem is that a lot of work comes
in. They are only small tasks, and etch person believes that the work they need to get done is the most important and when it is not done for when
they get back they complain. This places more pressure onto the student and they end up skipping between different tasks, trying to
do many different things at the same time and feeling they are failing and letting everyone down. They are putting up with insults and ending up staying late without being
paid due t the way they feel they are not able to perform their job. If we look at this situation we can identify what the core source of
the problem is and then look at who it belongs to. The core problem is the system that is in place, or rather a lack of system. All the staff
who want a job done, such as records retrieved or a letter typing think it is the most important and are not patient. However there is no system that tells
them work put in at a particular time will not be ready until another, and a culture has developed with the student that the person how shouts the loudest or
pushes the most gets their work done more quickly just to get of them. We can argue there are several causes of this. Firstly there is the lack of
