is pertinent to management style as well and when all is analyzed, a picture emerges as to competence, ability to get along and produce, as well as how efficiently one
learns at all. In assessing ones own management style, for example, a student would be advised to explore their own unique style first. How does learning style fit in with
the companys vision or a co-workers style? How can someone effectively work with others if their style is unusual? In delving into the different types of learning styles one
can effectively solve the puzzle, but a student may need guidance in assessing their own particular approach. Only then can one interpret implications as to how personal learning impacts coworkers
