All figures are calculated and taken from the interactive healthy eating index. For day one breakfast consisted of three medium slices of turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, two pieces of
toast and a 16 oz glass of orange juice . Lunch was a tuna salad, measured at two cups in size, a medium apple and 16 fl oz of diet
coke. Dinner was half a large chicken breast roasted, one large baked potato with butter, one cut of sliced boiled carrots, and for dessert on slice of a ten inch
pie. Water was drunk with the evening meal. In the afternoon there was also a snack of one sinker peanut butter bar. In using the interactive nutritional calculation there
