is a prison inmate found in circumstances that could indicate an intended escape. He was not where he was expected to be at an appointed time, and a search
of the building and grounds located him at a point of weakness in prison security, where it could be possible for him to escape from the prison. The purpose
here is to develop supporting theories that could be used both for and against Mr. Bradwyn. Support for Mr. Bradwyn Mr. Bradwyn was
found in the prison laundry after hours and well past the time that any prisoner was allowed into that area. Because he was in the laundry at dinner time,
he was not in the dinner line where guards ensure that everyone is present and accounted for. Prisoners are free to move about the prison confines before and after
dinner; there is no indication that they are required to be present for the evening meal. The guard found items on Mr. Bradwyns
bed, "bunched up so that it looked like somebody was asleep there." The guard also states that Mr. Bradwyn is inordinately neat and quite protective of his things; if
he were tidying up and cleaning his cell, it is unlikely that he would strew items about. Rather, it is quite likely that he would gather them together in
a neat pile on his bed. The guards statement of Mr. Bradwyns protectiveness of his personal items also explains why the items might be covered up so that they
