A 3 page paper written as an example for AIU class EDU600 Unit 3 Individual Project. It has been well established for many years that at least a portion of aggressive behavior stems from personal uncertainty, lack of self-esteem, lack of social skills and an attempt to cover feelings of inferiority with a mask that has the appearance of superiority and dominance over others. The purpose here is to develop a plan to teach social skills with the goal of diffusing aggressive behavior. The paper includes a description of the environment as well as a project plan and goals in terms of Bloom’s taxonomy. Bibliography lists 5 sources.

with the goal of diffusing aggressive behavior. The Environment The student could approach this section in the following way: Program groups will be
limited to 10 high school students and held in a regular public high school classroom with desks pushed aside and 11 chairs arranged in a circle so that everyone can
see each other clearly (Lloyd, 1997). Students present represent half of a regular education class, selected according to no particular criteria. The other half of the class will
undergo the same program; the class is divided so that everyone wishing to speak will have opportunity. The program uses a regular classroom
because of its familiarity to the students. There is less chance that the students will be distracted by their surroundings in that they are familiar with the environment.
