cost of the project. Tasks and Budgets The work breakdown structure in Table 4 includes all identified tasks included in the project, even
though many of those tasks are included in the larger $450,000 estimated cost that includes data conversion; training for two users; software configuration and installation; and other necessary tasks.
Not included in the total cost of the project are the costs of determining the need for it and its intended scope. Those and other activities must be undertaken
