we will look at a fictitious artistic organisation. The organisation has two concert halls, one with a small capacity of 500, and a larger one with a capacity of
1,500. There are also income streams from exhibitions, car parking, a music studio and a music library. The starting place is to consider the income streams and how these will
occur over the next three years, we will being the paper looking only at the upcoming year, as this is the only detailed analysis that is required, years two and
