addresses two issues. The first is establishing a corporate culture that emphasizes excellent customer service. The owner rightfully believes that providing outstanding service will give the company the competitive advantage
in a fiercely competitive industry. The second is recruiting more salespeople. The owner also wants to establish a corporate culture that will attract and retain talented people. If the
company is going to stress customer service as the core element in its corporate culture, recruiting and hiring people who believe in this principle becomes essential. Strategies for retaining talented
persons also becomes part of the culture itself. Creating Customer Service-Oriented Corporate Culture Experts generally agree that a corporate culture develops either as a conscious act and choice
or as an unconscious agreement (Worthington Consulting 2009). A conscious chose means that the owner would be proactive in establishing a company culture that is in line with and that
