allowing an idealised system to be developed. To develop an idealised system there will be a high level of subjectivity, but this will be justified in the paper. The
model will be that of a democracy. Democracy comes in many forms, but the further away a government moves from its people the greater the dilution of the influence of
the people with the separation. In a direct democratic process such as that seen in was seen in ancient Greece, there was a system where there was one vote
per person on each issue, the vote was a direct influence on the decision that was made. While attractive as there is a direct representation of the people, direct models
of democracy are not practicable, the population of most countries is to large and the costs would be too high to hold a referendum of vote on every issue. Instead
the model seen on most countries is that of an indirect democracy. In this model we will look at a system were areas will each elect a representative that can
look after their interests in a parliament. The elections will be simple based on a first past the post system. Many candidates can stand for election, telling the electorate what
they stand for any their policies. The electorate will then vote for the person they feel is best able to represent them on all matters. The idea is that
a single candidate should get the majority of the votes in order to win the seat. However, it is also possible that there will be too many candidates and that
this will be prevented from happening. Therefore, we will need to allow for situation where there may be many candidates and no clear winner. The first consideration may be to
