idea of everything from the culture, to the dress, to business behavior. In this paper, well examine overall the business culture and activities in both the Middle East and Asia.
First, before we begin, saying something like "doing business in Asia" or "doing business in the Middle East" is similar to saying
"doing business in Europe" or "doing business in North America." Asia, overall, is a series of many countries (with differing cultures), meaning that everything from culture, to government, to ways
of doing business can differ from state to state. This does not mean, however, that there arent a few things that link the Asians together (or that link the Middle
