McDonalds is considered a symbol of the U.S.) The risk operates the other way as well, however. Foreign concerns wishing to do
business in the U.S. are subject to a whole host of things, including customs, tariffs, regulations (on exports and setting up businesses) and even social infrastructures - not to mention
economics. For example, one thing to consider for Argentina in terms of doing business with the U.S., is that its economy is still debt-ridden (thanks, in part, to its pegging
of the peso to the dollar), but the U.S. might be a little reluctant to do business with Argentina because of fear of non-payment.
In this paper, well examine the risk factors inherent for companies both in India and Argentina when it comes to doing business in the U.S. While its impossible
to list every single inherent risk in terms of all foreign tariffs, rules and regulations, well do our best to provide a general overview on what businesses in both of
