This means the students predominant style is interactive but cautious. This style is called the Impresser. The predominant behavioral styles are Dominance, Interactive, Steadiness, and Cautious. Impressers are less
open and less direct with others than other interactive styles. Reviewing the eGraph, we see that the most open and most direct style is the Ii; this person would have
interactive as both predominant and subcategory styles. Whereas, the Ic, which falls into the lower left box of the interactive style quadrant. The greatest motivating driver is to "win with
flair" (DISC Platinum Rule Behavior Style Assessment, 2008, p. 13). But this type of individual does not want to achieve if it means hurting others and is, at the same
time, impatient when others who procrastinate getting something done. The Impresser is one who will tend to stretch the truth a little to look better. Besides achievement with flair, there
are a number of behavioral tendencies and attitudes associated with the Impresser style: * Winning is all or nothing, which suggests the individual avoids compromise. * Other people tend to
be judged by their ability to make things happen. * The individual works even harder when the risk and/or the reward is bigger. * There is also a preference for
working collaboratively with others to reach goals. * There is also a tendency to avoid looking bad. * Impressers also want things to get done in the best way possible.
* This style does not do well with excessive stress and pressure, in fact, they are very likely to become angry, restless or even verbally attacking when under too
