been classified as a Ci Style (predominantly a cautious style, known as the assessor) under the DISC Platinum Rule Assessment. This is a style that has a number of valuable
strengths, which can include being naturally curious, having a strong goal orientation, but wishing not only to achieve goals, but to achieve with to a level of excellence. This is
often aided by an ability to think quickly, and evaluate tasks and situations. However, with the individual may be slow to act, and with a less social character there
can also be difficulty in socialising with others, especially more outgoing personalities. Melinda has a number of commonalities with Shanett, who may has a D style personality tempered
with cautiousness, and is also uncomfortable around people that they do not know, and also likes to assess situations before acting. In both cases the individuals have concern for their
colleagues, but Shanett may be better at taking a lead, as Melinda may be slow to act, but Melinda may be good to ensure that quality is achieved in tasks.
Aldo is an Impresser with an interactive style, so compliments both Melinda and Shenett, like Shanett they can be motivating and optimistic, but as there is not the same
analytic aspect seen with Melinda there is the weakness of disorganization, acting before thinking and being careless, which in the same team may be kept in check by Melinda and
her desire for excellence. Aldo also has a much more outgoing personality they may make Shanett feel uncomfortable until they get to know each other, both Melinda and Aldo may
benefit from the time keeping of Shanett. Vincent is also a D type personality, with a behaviour style that is interactive, similar to that of Aldo which may clash
