large the firm needs to be. But whether its a large or small operation, there are various licenses and registrations that need to be considered. Well assume that this company
should be a medium-size one, with an office of 10 brokers/traders, a researcher who helps identify trends in the market, a branch manager who oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of
the company and support staff. Among that support staff, there would be broker assistants (who report to the branch manager), a receptionist and the order submitters. For purposes of this
business, therefore, the breakdown would be as follows. 1 branch manager, who oversees the day-to-day operations of the company
10 brokers, whose responsibility will be to work with the clients, submit orders and work with the research analyst on potential trends.
1 research analyst, who follows trends in the marketplace and submits reports to brokers. 3 brokers assistants, who work with the
brokers on paperwork, type correspondence and act as a liaison between the brokers and the clients. 1 order submitter, who submits brokers
orders to various stock exchanges throughout the world. 1 receptionist, who answers phones, greets people and helps the brokers assistants with administrative tasks,
