fluency for students with academic and behavioral risks: A descriptive study. Journal of Emotional and Behavioral Disorders, 11 (4), 211-224. This article published in 2003 begins by noting that
discipline problems have become commonplace in schools and then goes on to cite research which ties behavioral issues to reading fluency. A variety of problems related to behavior, and other
learning issues, are tied to early learning as noted by Kamps, Wills, Greenwood et al. (2003) in the Journal of Emotional and Behavioral Disorders. The point of this study, to
some extent, is to see whether or not early testing and intervention strategies are helpful. Interestingly, upon examination, it seems that certain high school curriculums were more or less helpful
than others. Interestingly, the oft supported literature based curriculum was deemed to be least effective. What is to be learned from the authors inquiry is whether or not early intervention

by authors is rather comprehensive. One study in fact relies on twenty five different inquiries into students who had behavior and academic problems. Other studies noted would tie early problem
behavior with learning difficulties. Although a good compilation of literature was reviewed, it should also be said that there was no one study, or group of studies, that directly tackled
the inquiry of authors. The methods section outlines the study information and includes a part called School Settings and another on Participants; also in this Methods portion is a section
on Early Screening Procedures. The specifics of this study outlines the fact that eight schools are used in the procedure utilized. Authors asked administrators to help locate data. Of
