parts, culture is the way in which many human aspects will manifest in terms of values, practices and structures manifest. Just as when traveling the world there well be
different values and practices, the same can be seen when moving between firms. The culture will embody the aspects such as morals, ethics and the use of tools such as
empowerment (Huczyniski and Buchanan, 2003). This will be reflected in the way they are instigated and can often be seen as a reflection of the values and working methods of
the senior management. Culture can be established within an organization in many ways. It may be the result of the morals of the founder, ideas so strong that it flows
through the hierarchy much as a evangelical message, it may also be influenced by the values of the larger environment and the values that employees being into the firm.
There are a number of models of culture, Scheins (1992) Model of Organizational Culture is based on three levels; artifacts, espoused values and the
basic underlying assumptions. These three levels of culture come together to create the whole so it is possible to see how culture will be influenced by the members of the
organization as well as from the organizations itself. Artifacts are the organizational structures and processes and can be hard to decipher and are likely to be highly influenced from
the trop of the hierarchy, the espoused values, this includes the strategies and goals as well as the underlying philosophies that are seen. It is at this level that there
