a national or a corporate level. Looking at a firm such as the Bank of America can indicate the way culture can impact directly on operations.
A recognised organisational culture may be seen as implying that there is stability in place, otherwise the culture would not be established, and for there to
be an established culture there need to be active participation in the culture by the employees which will also mean shared learning experiences which participants may draw upon. This can
be seen as being the definition of the group experience, where there is more that shared experiences, but also through the learned shared concepts. This idea of stability is not
necessarily true, as a negative or fragmented culture may exist, or a dynamic culture which does not promote stability and looks to the issues such as the climate of the
culture. The culture does not have to be positive to be recognised, this reflects the climate, culture is not only controlled by management, it is a reflection of the way
that culture from outside impacts and the way that the employment relationship is managed, and it is possible for there to be duel aspects due to the climate and structure
