Cross Cultural Essays Cultural Exhibit: The cultural exhibit attended was in New Mexico and was an ancient ruin known as Chaco Canyon. There
is no knowledge or history about this particular area in relationship to its actual history and no real information about why the people actually left the region, a very busy
region that was likely used for trading and for a traveling route. Chaco Canyon is one of those ancient places that has
many stone dwellings although they are in a great state of decay. One can see the stones set together to make the numerous buildings, although the walls in many cases
are only half in existence any longer. There are rooms that are connected, and dwellings that apparently possessed entrances on the roof of the dwelling when there were roofs. What
makes this place fascinating is that there is not a great deal of information about the region but the ruins are numerous and widespread and as such it is obvious
