critical issues as well as the urgent and non urgent issues traditional tools may have been used, such as the SWOT analysis to assess the strengths weaknesses, opportunities and threats
faced internally and externally. For example, while it appears the manager may be a problem, this is not the case, she has a good track record, using a SWOT analysis
